Make a complaint

At The Pharmacy Leeds, our goal is to provide the best possible service and care. We value your feedback on the experience you have had. If you have any comments, suggestions, or concerns, or would like to make a complaint, please feel free to share them with a pharmacist or staff member, or contact us directly. We appreciate any feedback on the services we offer, as it helps us to improve and provide better care to you. We follow an established NHS feedback procedure, which meets national standards. Our pharmacist can provide you with more information on this process.

If you would like make a complaint, please submit the online Complaints Form or you can contact us by phone or by email.

We aim to deal with all complaints within 7 days, however, it may take longer in certain circumstances. But rest assured, we will keep you up to date with all progress made during the investigation.

Complaints about NHS services are also dealt with by NHS Health Services Commissioner.
